Basis van drukmeterkalibratie en drukmeting in processen

Druk is een belangrijke parameter in processen. Een nauwkeurige drukmeting zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit van het eindproduct stabiel en van een hoog niveau is. Het meten van druk en het kalibreren van drukmeetapparatuur is niet zo eenvoudig als het lijkt en gaat vaak fout. In één dag maakt u kennis met veel voorkomende fouten bij drukmeten en kalibreren. U krijgt een beter inzicht in welke zaken de drukmeting beïnvloeden. 

Basis van meten, metrologie, herleidbaarheid en onzekerheid 

Deze cursus biedt hulp als u van plan bent om een gedegen meet- of kalibratiesysteem in uw bedrijf op te zetten, ongeacht wat u wilt gaan meten of kalibreren. Ook is dit de ideale cursus voor nieuwe medewerkers die nog niet bekend zijn met meetomgevingen of ISO/IEC 17025. Een belangrijk onderdeel van ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is meetonzekerheid. Bovendien is een van de basisregels dat degene die de meting doet het beste de bijbehorende onzekerheid kan berekenen. 

Basis van temperatuurmeten en thermometerkalibratie 

Temperatuurmeten en -kalibreren gaat heel vaak fout. In één dag maakt u kennis met veel voorkomende fouten bij temperatuurmeten en -kalibreren. U krijgt een beter inzicht in wat een thermometer zo speciaal maakt. 

Basis luchtvochtigheidsmeting en kalibratie

Rottend voedsel, beschimmelde schilderijen, condensvorming in kassen... Er zijn tientallen situaties waar luchtvochtigheid van groot belang is. De cursus helpt u luchtvochtigheid beter te meten en te begrijpen. Deze cursus is onderverdeeld in drie modules en is opgezet als blended-learning-model.

Kalibratie van Niet Automatische Weeginstrumenten 

U leert bij deze cursus alles over kalibraties van weegwerktuigen en analytische balansen volgens een recente technische richtlijn voor het kalibreren van weegwerktuigen, welke is opgesteld door de Europese vereniging van nationale metrologie instituten.

In één dag maakt u kennis met veel voorkomende fouten bij het afwegen van stoffen en het kalibreren van weeginstrumenten. U krijgt een beter inzicht in welke zaken de weging en de kalibratie van een weegwerktuig beïnvloeden. 

Calibration of Non-automatic-weighing-instruments (NAWI)

In this course you will learn everything about calibration of weighing instruments and analytical balances according to a recent technical guideline for the calibration of weighing instruments, which has been drawn up by the European Association of National Metrology Institutes.

In one day you will learn about common mistakes when weighing substances and calibrating weighing instruments. You will gain a better understanding of what influences the weighing and calibration of a weighing instrument.

Measuring pressure and calibrating pressure measuring equipment is not as easy as it seems and often goes wrong. In one day you will become acquainted with common errors during pressure measurement and calibration. You get a better insight into which issues influence the pressure measurement. This course is subdivided into three modules and is set up as a blended learning model.

We nemen u mee in ons voor de cursus opgebouwde lab en we meten met u in kleine groepen, u voert experimenten uit en werkt deze uit in een onzekerheidsbudget .

Vooral sinds de invoering van ISO/IEC 17025 ontkomt u er niet meer aan: Auditors eisen een gedegen opgave van de meetonzekerheid. Testlaboratoria en kalibratielaboratoria moeten allebei even grondig onzekerheid bepalen. In twee dagen gaan we dieper op de materie in. We hebben voorbeelden uit de praktijk van veel testlaboratoria en veel verschillende kalibraties achter de hand en indien nodig gaan we op uw eigen praktijk in.

In twee dagen wordt uw kennis van thermometrie vergroot. Ook onzekerheidsrekening, toegespitst op thermometers, wordt helder en duidelijk behandeld. 

This course has been merged with the follow-up course temperature measurement and thermometer calibration. By means of E-learning modules you learn the material prior to the courseday in which these experiments are incorporated.

We take you into our lab, which is built up in the course room, and we measure with you in small groups, you perform experiments and you work them out in an uncertainty budget.
